Located in the quiet and picturesque village of Tor, in the heart of Baix Empordà, this corner rustic house is offered for seasonal rental during the months of July and August, with the possibility of renting a minimum of three weeks and some flexibility in the dates.

Distributed on three levels and fully furnished, this property combines the authentic character of traditional architecture with contemporary comfort. On the main floor, we find an open and very bright space that integrates the kitchen, dining room, and living room, all with direct access to a balcony and a large 50 m² terrace. This area is equipped with air conditioning, Catalan stone floors, and wooden carpentry with double glazing, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay in the warmer months.

The sleeping area consists of spacious rooms with built-in wardrobes, one of them with a private bathroom. Each room has been designed to guarantee privacy, spaciousness, and well-being.

On the ground floor, formerly used as stables, the most rustic essence of the house is preserved. The thick stone walls and the old feeders still visible provide character and natural freshness to this floor, which remains at an ideal temperature in summer without the need for air conditioning. Here there is a living room with a fireplace, an additional dining room, and access to the 30 m² inner patio, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals or moments of relaxation in a private and serene environment.

The house is located in a very quiet area, with pleasant views and just 10 minutes from L’Escala and the beaches of the Costa Brava. No pets allowed.
