Spectacular farmhouse for summer vacation in Castell d’Empordà

SUMMER SEASON RENTAL IN BAIX EMPORDÀ – CASTELL D’EMP. Fantastic farmhouse with garden, pool, and porch. Fully equipped and restored with exquisite taste. We are welcomed by a large stone entrance with a vaulted “cane” ceiling that also serves as a distributor. On the same floor, we highlight its large kitchen-dining room with access to the outside, pantry, laundry room, guest bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom.
Stairs lead us to the first floor where we find an open-plan double-height living room with a fireplace and large windows. In the loft of the living room, there is a studio.
On the second floor, a distributor leads us to the night area, with three double bedrooms, one of them a suite with a dressing room. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and are ideal for the little ones in the house, as one of the rooms has two single beds and the other has three.
The garden of the house is for exclusive use, with a 14-meter-long by 6-meter-wide pool. It also has different spaces to enjoy the tranquility offered by the Empordà countryside. No pets allowed. HUTG-032973-42
